At Nm² we believe in a transparent charging structure. Our fees are highly competitive within the market place and are charged on a flat-fee basis with no hidden or undisclosed costs.
For sole traders and small mortgage & general Insurance intermediaries or IFAs looking for a Compliance Health check, fees start at £500 (plus VAT).
If you are a Mortgage & General Insurance Intermediary and are looking to enter into an ongoing service with Nm², our standard service which includes:
- Compliance health check
- Compliance helpline
- Quarterly newsletter, including CPD
- Annual Compliance visit
- Our comprehensive software solution for ensuring FSA-compliant mortgage and general insurance advised and non-advised sales through Homebuyer Systems, this includes:
- Whole of market product sourcing, using the same data as the FSA
- 100% compliance checking (Compliance Officer System)
- Sales management system
- Regular fitness and competence updates and tests
- Personnel management system to record the necessary information on Registered Mortgage Advisers and trainees
- Integration to our dedicated case management system through Mortgage StreamT
can cost as little as £500 (plus VAT) as an up front fee, and a £250 (plus VAT) monthly fee thereafter.
In addition, we are also able to provide adhoc services such as:
- Preparing new brokers for FSA authorisation
- Assistance with applications for FSA authorisation
- Field observations
- Assistance with Training & Competence supervision
