Mortgage Qualifications are a pre requisite to providing mortgage advice and the recognised professional Mortgage Qualification that we offer, is the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), which is produced by the Institute of Financial Services (IFS)
The qualification consists of 3 modules, these being;
UK financial regulation (CeMAP Module 1)
Mortgages (CeMAP Module 2)
Assessment of mortgage advice knowledge (CeMAP Module 3)
As the premier Financial Adviser qualification, CeFA is firmly established as the qualification of choice and we have a fantastic track record in helping people achieve their Financial Services Qualifications and find employment if required.
As an addition to the CeMAP qualification, the new Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER) is a must for anyone wishing to operate in the equity release sector.
With the advent of statutory regulation of the General Insurance market, the Certificate of Regulated General Insurance (CERGI), which is produced by IFS, is a valuable tool in enhancing your professional status.
The qualification consists of 1 module.
No pre-course study is required for any Insynergi training courses.
